preg\u0103titoare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ART. 13<\/p>\n<p>(1) Cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere \u00een clasa preg\u0103titoare se poate completa online sau la secretariatul unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt la care p\u0103rintele dore\u015fte \u00eenscrierea copilului.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Completarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere se face \u00een perioada prev\u0103zut\u0103 de calendarul \u00eenscrierii, prin introducerea \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 a datelor furnizate de p\u0103rinte.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Validarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere este obligatorie \u015fi se face la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt la care p\u0103rintele dore\u015fte \u00eenscrierea, \u00een prezen\u0163a p\u0103rintelui \u015fi a cel pu\u0163in unui membru din comisia de \u00eenscriere, conform program\u0103rii realizate de c\u0103tre unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, zilnic, \u00een intervalul orar 8,00 &#8211; 18,00 (luni &#8211; vineri), respectiv 9,00 &#8211; 13,00 (s\u00e2mb\u0103ta).<\/p>\n<p>(4) Validarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere const\u0103 \u00een compararea datelor introduse \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 cu documentele depuse de c\u0103tre p\u0103rinte, tip\u0103rirea, verificarea \u015fi semnarea de c\u0103tre p\u0103rinte a fi\u015fei tip\u0103rite.<\/p>\n<p>(5) \u00cen perioada prev\u0103zut\u0103 de calendarul \u00eenscrierii, conducerile unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt vor asigura prezen\u0163a unui num\u0103r suficient de persoane din comisia de \u00eenscriere \u015fi vor stabili programul de lucru al comisiei \u00een ture, at\u00e2t \u00een program de diminea\u0163\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi de dup\u0103 amiaz\u0103, \u00een intervalul orar 8,00 &#8211; 18,00 (luni &#8211; vineri), respectiv 9,00 &#8211; 13,00 (s\u00e2mb\u0103ta), pentru a sprijini participarea p\u0103rin\u0163ilor la procedurile de completare\/validare a cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Conducerile unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi inspectoratele \u015fcolare se vor asigura c\u0103 programul de completare\/validare a cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar este adaptat solicit\u0103rilor p\u0103rin\u0163ilor, permite procesarea tuturor solicit\u0103rilor \u015fi asigur\u0103 fluen\u0163a procedurilor, evit\u00e2nd aglomera\u0163ia.<\/p>\n<p>(7) \u00cen vederea asigur\u0103rii fluen\u0163ei procedurilor \u015fi a evit\u0103rii aglomera\u0163iei, unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt vor asigura inclusiv posibilitatea de programare telefonic\u0103 a p\u0103rin\u0163ilor pentru completarea \u015fi\/sau validarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere. Num\u0103rul de telefon la care p\u0103rin\u0163ii pot apela este afi\u015fat la avizierul unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, pe site-ul acesteia, dac\u0103 exist\u0103, \u015fi pe site-ul inspectoratului \u015fcolar.<\/p>\n<p>(8) Unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt vor informa p\u0103rin\u0163ii c\u0103 ordinea \u00een care se programeaz\u0103 telefonic pentru completarea \u015fi\/sau validarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere sau \u00een care se prezint\u0103 pentru completarea \u015fi\/sau validarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere nu presupune crearea unei liste de pre\u00eenscriere \u015fi\/sau acordarea unei priorit\u0103\u0163i la \u00eenscriere. Informa\u0163ia va fi afi\u015fat\u0103 la secretariatul unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, la avizierul acesteia \u015fi pe site-ul \u015fcolii, dac\u0103 acesta exist\u0103, \u015fi va fi comunicat\u0103 direct p\u0103rin\u0163ilor la momentul program\u0103rii telefonice sau al prezent\u0103rii pentru completarea\/validarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 14<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen situa\u0163ia \u00een care cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere se completeaz\u0103 la sediul unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt la care se dore\u015fte \u00eenmatricularea copilului, completarea datelor \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 se face \u00een prezen\u0163a p\u0103rintelui, de c\u0103tre un membru al comisiei de \u00eenscriere din \u015fcoal\u0103. \u00cen acest caz, imediat dup\u0103 completarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere, se realizeaz\u0103 validarea acesteia. Comisiile de \u00eenscriere din fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt vor asigura imprimarea unui num\u0103r de cereri-tip de \u00eenscriere, care s\u0103 fie completate de m\u00e2n\u0103 de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u0163i, \u00een situa\u0163ia \u00een care completarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere nu se poate face direct \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103, din motive obiective, cum ar fi \u00eentreruperea aliment\u0103rii cu energie electric\u0103, imposibilitatea temporar\u0103 a conect\u0103rii la internet etc. \u00cen aceste cazuri, comisiile vor informa p\u0103rin\u0163ii care se prezint\u0103 pentru \u00eenscriere despre situa\u0163ia ap\u0103rut\u0103 \u015fi vor solicita acestora s\u0103 completeze manual cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere \u015fi s\u0103 o semneze. P\u0103rin\u0163ii vor fi informa\u0163i c\u0103, dup\u0103 remedierea situa\u0163iei speciale, vor fi invita\u0163i din nou la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru a verifica datele introduse \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103, pe baza cererii scrise depuse anterior, prin semnarea exemplarului de cerere-tip tip\u0103rit din calculator.<\/p>\n<p>(2) P\u0103rintele depune, \u00een momentul complet\u0103rii cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt sau, dup\u0103 caz, \u00een momentul valid\u0103rii acesteia, o fotocopie a actului de identitate propriu \u015fi o fotocopie a certificatului de na\u015ftere al copilului. Copiile vor fi certificate conform cu originalul de c\u0103tre secretariatul unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, pe baza documentelor originale.<\/p>\n<p>(3) \u00cen cazul \u00een care cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere este completat\u0103 pentru un copil care \u00eempline\u015fte v\u00e2rsta de 6 ani \u00een perioada 1 septembrie &#8211; 31 decembrie 2016 inclusiv, al\u0103turi de documentele men\u0163ionate la alin. (2) p\u0103rintele depune \u015fi o copie a documentului prin care CJRAE\/CMBRAE comunic\u0103 rezultatul pozitiv al evalu\u0103rii dezvolt\u0103rii psihosomatice a copilului.<\/p>\n<p>(4) \u00cen cazul \u00een care solicit\u0103 \u00eenscrierea la alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 documentele men\u0163ionate la alin. (2) \u015fi, dup\u0103 caz, la alin. (3), p\u0103rin\u0163ii depun \u015fi documente care dovedesc \u00eendeplinirea criteriilor de departajare, stabilite \u00een conformitate cu art. 10.<\/p>\n<p>(5) \u00cen cazul \u00een care solicit\u0103 \u00eenscrierea la alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, p\u0103rintele va men\u0163iona, prin bifarea acestei op\u0163iuni \u00een cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere, dac\u0103 este de acord cu \u00eenscrierea copilului la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, \u00een situa\u0163ia \u00een care acesta nu va fi admis la \u015fcoala solicitat\u0103, din lips\u0103 de locuri libere.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 15<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen momentul prezent\u0103rii la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru completarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere, p\u0103rin\u0163ii vor fi informa\u0163i c\u0103 aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 nu permite \u00eenscrierea copilului la mai multe unit\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00cen cazul \u00een care aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 semnaleaz\u0103 c\u0103 pentru copilul respectiv a mai fost depus\u0103 o cerere de \u00eenscriere la alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00eenscris\u0103 \u00een baza de date, \u00eentruc\u00e2t a fost validat\u0103, dosarul de \u00eenscriere nu va mai fi acceptat \u015fi r\u0103m\u00e2ne valabil\u0103 op\u0163iunea deja asumat\u0103 pentru alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n<p>(3) \u00cen momentul prezent\u0103rii la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru completarea sau validarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere, p\u0103rin\u0163ii sunt informa\u0163i cu privire la prevederile prezentei metodologii, la modalitatea de definire a num\u0103rului de locuri libere \u015fi la criteriile de departajare generale \u015fi specifice care vor fi utilizate \u00een cazul \u00een care num\u0103rul de op\u0163iuni pentru respectiva unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt este mai mare dec\u00e2t num\u0103rul de locuri libere. Unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt pun la dispozi\u0163ia p\u0103rin\u0163ilor aceste informa\u0163ii \u015fi prin afi\u015fare.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Pentru validarea cererii-tip de \u00eenscriere, un membru al comisiei de \u00eenscriere din unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt tip\u0103re\u015fte fi\u015fa completat\u0103 \u00een aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103, \u00een prezen\u0163a p\u0103rintelui.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Dup\u0103 tip\u0103rire, cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere este verificat\u0103 \u015fi semnat\u0103 de p\u0103rinte.<\/p>\n<p>(6) \u00cen cazul existen\u0163ei unei erori \u00een transcrierea datelor, p\u0103rin\u0163ii o semnaleaz\u0103 pe loc, iar membrul comisiei de \u00eenscriere din unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt procedeaz\u0103 la corectarea gre\u015felii \u00een baza de date computerizat\u0103 \u015fi retip\u0103re\u015fte cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere corectat\u0103 din calculator, \u00een vederea semn\u0103rii de c\u0103tre p\u0103rinte.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 16<\/p>\n<p>(1) Dup\u0103 \u00eencheierea perioadei de completare \u015fi validare a cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere, cuprinderea copiilor \u00een clasa preg\u0103titoare se face \u00een dou\u0103 etape succesive, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>a) prima etap\u0103, \u00een care repartizarea copiilor se face pe baza informa\u0163iilor din cererile-tip de \u00eenscriere \u015fi din documentele depuse de p\u0103rin\u0163i, folosind aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 \u015fi pe baza deciziilor consiliilor de administra\u0163ie ale unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, luate \u00een urma aplic\u0103rii criteriilor de departajare pentru copiii din alte circumscrip\u0163ii \u015fcolare;<\/p>\n<p>b) a doua etap\u0103, \u00een care este asigurat\u0103 \u00eenscrierea, pe locurile libere, a copiilor care nu au participat la prima etap\u0103 sau nu au fost distribui\u0163i, din diferite motive.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00cen situa\u0163ii excep\u0163ionale, \u00eenainte de desf\u0103\u015furarea primei etape de \u00eenscriere, consiliile de administra\u0163ie ale inspectoratelor \u015fcolare pot ajusta planul de \u015fcolarizare pentru a asigura accesul la educa\u0163ie al tuturor copiilor care trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi fac\u0103 debutul \u015fcolar \u00een anul 2016 &#8211; 2017.<\/p>\n<p>(3) ISJ\/ISMB informeaz\u0103 Direc\u0163ia general\u0103 management \u015fi re\u0163ea \u015fcolar\u0103 \u015fi Direc\u0163ia general\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar din Ministerul Educa\u0163iei Na\u0163ionale \u015fi Cercet\u0103rii \u015etiin\u0163ifice (MENCS) despre aceste situa\u0163ii \u015fi despre deciziile luate pentru solu\u0163ionarea lor, p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 18 martie 2016, ora 23,00.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CAPITOLUL VI<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prima etap\u0103 de \u00eenscriere \u00een clasa preg\u0103titoare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ART. 17<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen prima etap\u0103, procesarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 la Comisia na\u0163ional\u0103 de \u00eenscriere a copiilor \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar, denumit\u0103 \u00een continuare Comisia na\u0163ional\u0103, cu ajutorul aplica\u0163iei informatice \u015fi la nivelul unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, pe baza informa\u0163iilor din cererile-tip de \u00eenscriere \u015fi din documentele depuse de p\u0103rin\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Procesarea cererilor-tip de \u00eenscriere se face \u00een ordine, respect\u00e2nd urm\u0103toarele priorit\u0103\u0163i:<\/p>\n<p>a) \u00een prima faz\u0103 sunt admi\u015fi la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie copiii ai c\u0103ror p\u0103rin\u0163i au solicitat acest lucru \u00een cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere. Repartizarea acestora conform solicit\u0103rii din cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere se realizeaz\u0103 cu ajutorul aplica\u0163iei informatice;<\/p>\n<p>b) \u00een a doua faz\u0103 se proceseaz\u0103 cererile p\u0103rin\u0163ilor care solicit\u0103 \u00eenscrierea la o alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, pe locurile r\u0103mase libere. Admiterea sau respingerea cererilor acestora se realizeaz\u0103 la nivelul comisiei de \u00eenscriere din unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, prin aplicarea criteriilor generale \u015fi specifice de departajare, iar listele finale sunt validate de c\u0103tre consiliul de administra\u0163ie al unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt;<\/p>\n<p>c) \u00een a treia faz\u0103 sunt admi\u015fi la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie copiii ai c\u0103ror p\u0103rin\u0163i au solicitat \u00eenscrierea la o alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, dar nu au fost \u00eenmatricula\u0163i, din lips\u0103 de locuri. Repartizarea acestora se realizeaz\u0103 cu ajutorul aplica\u0163iei informatice, dac\u0103 \u00een cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere a fost bifat\u0103 op\u0163iunea de \u00eenscriere la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, \u00een cazul neadmiterii la \u015fcoala solicitat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 18<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen prima faz\u0103, cu ajutorul aplica\u0163iei informatice, to\u0163i copiii ai c\u0103ror p\u0103rin\u0163i au solicitat \u00eenscrierea la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie vor fi \u00eenmatricula\u0163i conform op\u0163iunii.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Dup\u0103 \u00eencheierea primei faze, Comisia na\u0163ional\u0103 comunic\u0103 comisiilor de \u00eenscriere din unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt locurile r\u0103mase libere, stabilite \u00een conformitate cu prevederile art. 9 alin. (3).<\/p>\n<p>ART. 19<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen a doua faz\u0103 de \u00eenscriere, \u00een conformitate cu calendarul \u00eenscrierii \u015fi cu programul afi\u015fat, la fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt la care au r\u0103mas locuri libere, comisia de \u00eenscriere din unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt analizeaz\u0103 cererile-tip de \u00eenscriere \u015fi documentele depuse de p\u0103rin\u0163ii copiilor care au domiciliul \u00een afara circumscrip\u0163iei \u015fcolare.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00cen cazul \u00een care num\u0103rul solicit\u0103rilor este mai mic dec\u00e2t sau egal cu num\u0103rul locurilor libere, comisia de \u00eenscriere valideaz\u0103 \u00eenscrierea copiilor respectivi \u00een unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, f\u0103r\u0103 nicio restric\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>(3) \u00cen cazul \u00een care num\u0103rul solicit\u0103rilor este mai mare dec\u00e2t num\u0103rul locurilor libere, comisia de \u00eenscriere din unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt aplic\u0103 criteriile de departajare generale \u015fi apoi, dac\u0103 este necesar, pe cele specifice, \u00een vederea stabilirii candida\u0163ilor care vor fi admi\u015fi.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 20<\/p>\n<p>(1) P\u00e2n\u0103 la data precizat\u0103 \u00een calendarul \u00eenscrierii, comisia de \u00eenscriere din fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt la care au r\u0103mas locuri libere dup\u0103 prima faz\u0103 proceseaz\u0103 cererile p\u0103rin\u0163ilor copiilor proveni\u0163i din alte circumscrip\u0163ii \u015fcolare \u015fi stabile\u015fte lista copiilor care vor fi \u00eenmatricula\u0163i la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00een clasa preg\u0103titoare. Decizia se ia \u00een func\u0163ie de num\u0103rul de locuri libere, de num\u0103rul de cereri \u015fi pe baza criteriilor de departajare.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00cen conformitate cu prevederile art. 63 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 1\/2011, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare, la solicitarea unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, consiliile de administra\u0163ie ale inspectoratelor \u015fcolare pot aproba, \u00een situa\u0163ii excep\u0163ionale, dep\u0103\u015firea efectivelor maxime stabilite de lege pentru clasele preg\u0103titoare la care num\u0103rul solicit\u0103rilor de \u00eenscriere ale p\u0103rin\u0163ilor proveni\u0163i din alte circumscrip\u0163ii \u015fcolare este mare.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Aplicarea criteriilor \u015fi stabilirea listei copiilor declara\u0163i admi\u015fi \u00een unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt respectiv\u0103, respectiv a listei cererilor respinse, din lips\u0103 de locuri, se face \u00een plenul comisiei \u015fi se consemneaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un proces-verbal, care r\u0103m\u00e2ne la dosarul comisiei.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Rezultatele analizei \u015fi decizia comisiei de \u00eenscriere din unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt sunt transmise comisiei jude\u0163ene\/a municipiului Bucure\u015fti \u015fi Comisiei na\u0163ionale, p\u00e2n\u0103 la data prev\u0103zut\u0103 de calendar.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 21<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00cen a treia faz\u0103 a primei etape de \u00eenscriere, cu ajutorul aplica\u0163iei informatice, se proceseaz\u0103 cererile p\u0103rin\u0163ilor care ini\u0163ial au solicitat \u00eenscrierea la alt\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, dar nu au fost admi\u015fi, din lips\u0103 de locuri, \u015fi care au optat, \u00een cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere, pentru \u00eentoarcerea la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 locurile copiilor men\u0163iona\u0163i la alin. (1) au fost rezervate la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie p\u00e2n\u0103 la aceast\u0103 faz\u0103, to\u0163i copiii din circumscrip\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103 ai c\u0103ror p\u0103rin\u0163i au optat \u00een cererea-tip de \u00eenscriere pentru \u00eentoarcerea la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie, \u00een cazul \u00een care nu au fost admi\u015fi la \u015fcoala solicitat\u0103 ini\u0163ial, vor fi \u00eenmatricula\u0163i la \u015fcoala de circumscrip\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 22<\/p>\n<p>(1) La \u00eencheierea primei etape de \u00eenscriere, aplica\u0163ia informatic\u0103 stabile\u015fte num\u0103rul de locuri disponibile de la fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n<p>(2) La \u00eencheierea primei etape de \u00eenscriere se consider\u0103 locuri disponibile, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 locurile r\u0103mase neocupate dup\u0103 a doua faz\u0103 de repartizare, \u015fi locurile copiilor din circumscrip\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103 respectiv\u0103 care au fost \u00eenmatricula\u0163i la o alt\u0103 \u015fcoal\u0103, \u00een faza a doua de \u00eenscriere, sau care nu s-au \u00eenscris \u00een nicio unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103. De exemplu, dac\u0103 la unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt men\u0163ionat\u0103 la art. 9 alin. (3) au r\u0103mas neocupate dup\u0103 a doua faz\u0103 de repartizare din cadrul primei etape de \u00eenscriere 5 din cele 10 locuri libere, iar din cei 40 de copii din circumscrip\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103 care trebuiau \u00eenscri\u015fi \u00een clasa preg\u0103titoare 36 au fost \u00eenscri\u015fi, 34 la unitatea respectiv\u0103 \u015fi 2 la alte unit\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, atunci la aceast\u0103 unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt exist\u0103 \u00een total 11 locuri disponibile pentru a doua etap\u0103 de \u00eenscriere. Cele 11 locuri se compun din cele 5 locuri r\u0103mase libere, 4 locuri neocupate de copiii din circumscrip\u0163ie \u00eenc\u0103 nedistribui\u0163i \u015fi din cele 2 locuri l\u0103sate neocupate de copiii din circumscrip\u0163ie care sunt \u00eenscri\u015fi la alte unit\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n<p>ART. 23<\/p>\n<p>(1) Lista candida\u0163ilor \u00eenmatricula\u0163i dup\u0103 prima etap\u0103 se afi\u015feaz\u0103 la fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi pe site-ul ISJ\/ISMB, conform calendarului \u00eenscrierii.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Locurile disponibile de la toate unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt din jude\u0163\/municipiul Bucure\u015fti, stabilite \u00een conformitate cu prevederile art. 22 alin. (2), vor fi afi\u015fate la fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt care \u015fcolarizeaz\u0103 clasa preg\u0103titoare \u015fi pe site-ul ISJ\/ISMB, pentru informarea p\u0103rin\u0163ilor.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Comisiile jude\u0163ene\/Comisia municipiului Bucure\u015fti afi\u015feaz\u0103 situa\u0163ia complet\u0103rii locurilor la fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, num\u0103rul de locuri disponibile \u00een sensul art. 22 \u015fi num\u0103rul copiilor ne\u00eenscri\u015fi dup\u0103 prima etap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Informa\u0163iile men\u0163ionate la alin.
